LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Kentucky state police say they've arrested a man who they believe posed as a representative for a charity to get donations.  Donald Lee, 31, is charged with three counts of theft by deception and resisting arrest.

Police say Lee is suspected of scamming individuals and businesses out of money to benefit the Rolling Thunder Organization.  Rolling Thunder is a veteran's support group.

Police say they had to tase Lee during the arrest, but he wasn't injured.
