LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Just about everybody makes one, but not everybody can stick to their carefully selected New Year’s resolutions.
Whether it’s health, fitness, or cutting bad habits, the best way to stick to resolutions is to set realistic, attainable goals, and have a plan of attack.
