LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The Metro Sewer District has been fined $8,000 by the Army Corps of Engineers.
The Corps says MSD disturbed Native American and early settler artifacts in June, while they were building a new sewer line along Chenoweth Run.
Sewer district spokesman Steve Tedder says MSD has paid the money.
