(WHAS11)  A Louisville man is facing arson charges, after being accused of setting fires at his apartment complex; twice.
 

19 year-old Thomas Miles is facing two counts of arson, over fires at the Breckenridge Square apartment complex.
 

The latest fire happened on Tuesday.  Police said Miles started a fire inside a storage unit.  The fire was contained inside that area, but eight residents who lived nearby had to find other places to stay.
 

Miles is also charged with starting a fire in the apartment’s laundry room last month.
