Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - Police said a Louisville man went on a tagging rampage in the Highlands, writing on dozens of signs with a permanent marker.
22-year-old Scott Stacy is charged with criminal mischief, alcohol intoxication and tampering with physical evidence.
Police said around 2 a.m. Stacy wrote the word drink on about 20 different signs, from traffic signs to even electrical boxes.
Police said Stacy tagged signs all up and down Bardstown Road.
