LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – The first Friday night in September also brought the first trolley hop of the fall season for downtown Louisville.
The hop provides free trolley rides to various art galleries, restaurants and shows along the Main and Market Street corridors.
It also had stops in the recently revitalized South Fourth Street district which is being called “SoFo.”
For those who took advantage of the Trolley Hop, they say it was a great way to explore the downtown area and experience all of the art galleries.
The program is free and sponsored by Republic Bank.
It’s held on the first Friday of every month, rain or shine.
