Louisville minister's tweets aim to 'fix black America'

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- One of Louisville's top ministers is taking to Twitter and his message is aimed at a plan: What would it take to fix black America?

Dr. Kevin Cosby says those lessons relate to all people. He laid out ten things that can change black America; from reducing single parents births to "treat all drug dealers and criminals like terrorists... the new Klan."
