LOUISVILLE, Ky . (WHAS11) -- All night we've been getting word about Louisville connections to the blast.

As of Monday night, April 15, we've learned that Louisville native Rebekah Gregory is doing fine.

The 2005 Eastern High School graduate, who was a member of the band, was at the marathon watching her boyfriend and his family run in the race.

She suffered a broken ankle. Her young son was treated as a precaution and is OK.

Gregory's aunt says some of her other family members were thrown by the blast and hit with debris.

But as of Monday night she says everyone is OK and will recover from their injuries. Gregory now lives in Texas.
