LOUISVILLE, Ky -- A Louisville man is accused of taking off his pants in front of children in a popular downtown area.

According to police, Keith Broadus was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 700 block of W. Main Street in Louisville after witnesses said he pulled down his pants in front of underage people.  During the investigation, police said Broadus became irate and starting yelling profanities at the officers.

Witnesses told police that Broadus has done this before in that area and has spat in people's faces before.

While being arrested, Broadus told the officer he was going to shoot him in the face.

Broadus is charged with terroristic threatening, indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
