LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)—While the University of Kentucky is headed to Arlington for the Final Four, Louisville is hosting a big basketball event of its own.
Louisville will play host to the National Wheelchair Basketball Association Tournament for the second time.
The tournament consist of more than 1,000 athletes and 300 coaches that represent 82 teams from across the nation.
In addition to the tournament, they will be hosting the Armed Services Salute game, featuring individuals from Fort Knox and Fort Campbell who were injured in the line of duty.
There is also a division that will feature high school and middle school athletes.
All games are being played at the Kentucky Expo Center and runs from Friday through Sunday. It cost $5 per game or $15 for the whole tournament.
