LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Lexington man is facing charges after allegedly trying to fight people outside a Louisville Kroger.

An officer was shopping at the Kroger on Bank Street when he was alerted by multiple customers that a man was outside the front door trying to start a fight.

According to the police report, the officer found Dwight Wooten Jr. holding an alcoholic beverage and had another bottle of liquor in his coat pocket.

He was reportedly yelling at another man that he was going to fight him.

Wooten was heavily intoxicated and solicited the officer several times for sexual intercourse. He also made other lewd requests and repeatedly called the officer several racial slurs.

Wooten is facing charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
