LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Friday marks six weeks since crews suddenly shut down the Sherman Minton Bridge and it has backed up traffic on both sides of the Ohio River. Police are testing a new traffic plan that has some drivers complaining and others scratching their heads, but it appears to be working. WHAS11’s Joe Arnold shares the whole story.
