LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- A workshop being held this week in Louisville offers information on the marijuana industry, from lobbying to growing for the market to running a dispensary.

ComfyTree Cannabis Academy is putting on the daylong workshop starting at 10 a.m. EST Saturday. Admission starts at $149. A spokesman told the Lexington Herald-Leader (http://bit.ly/192Zd8Z ) that about 30 had signed up by Friday.

Democratic state Sen. Perry Clark of Louisville has said he intends to refile a bill that would legalize medical marijuana in Kentucky. A MoveOn.org petition in support of the measure had collected more than 4,200 signatures last week out of a targeted 5,000.

Democratic House Speaker Greg Stumbo of Prestonsburg has said he is "leaning toward supporting the use of medical marijuana" and wants to see the issue debated.
