Lebanon Police search for inmate who escaped work release

Lebanon Police are searching for an inmate who they say escaped on work release.
Investigators say 45-year-old James Shell walked away from the Marion County Animal Shelter.
Shell is 5’9”, 250 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
