(WHAS11) - Kentuckiana lawyers are getting ready to do battle but not in the courtroom.
For the rest of the month, law firms and lawyers will compete in the March Against Hunger Food Drive.
They will be trying to raise the most food and money donations for ten regional food banks.
Last year's competition generated the equivalent of 76 tons of food. Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller says the need for donations is even greater this year.
“It’s really just the unemployment and the economy that's bringing people out that have never needed food before,” says Zoeller.
You can still contribute to the drive, even if you're not a lawyer, just click on the links to the right.
