LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Louisville Metro Police have cleared the scene of a fatal accident on Interstate 264 West and Virginia Avenue.
Police said a white man in his 30s over-corrected and flipped his vehicle just before 9 a.m. Thursday.
The man, whose name has not been released, was taken to University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police said it was a single-vehicle accident and he was the victim was the only person in the vehicle.
All lanes have since reopened.
