LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Louisville Metro Police arrested 56-year-old Christopher Wallace after  police said Wallace shot a man near 45th and Varble, in West Louisville, on Tuesday, April 29.

The shooting happened around 4 p.m. and Wallace was arrested at 7:45 p.m. Police said the victim was shot twice in the back; his injuries are non-life threatening.
