LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Louisville Metro Animal Services is looking for the person who shot a dog.
The dog was shot and injured on Tuesday around the 300 block of South 13th Street in Beecher Terrace.
The 2-year-old beagle mix is expected to recover but the bullet shattered one of her legs and it had to be amputated.
Louisville Metro Animal Services is asking anyone with information to call them.
