CORBIN, Ky. (AP) -- A southern Kentucky woman has been charged with reckless homicide in the death of a Tennessee man.
The Times-Tribune reported (http://bit.ly/16XxhNT ) that 22-year-old Donnetta D. Bell of Williamsburg is set to appear in court in Whitley County on Monday.
Whitley County Sheriff Colan Harrell says investigators caught up with Bell on Thursday in Jellico, Tenn., after a day of searching.
Bell is accused of driving 45-year-old John E. Faulkner's Mercury Grand Marquis on U.S. 25 W about five miles from the state line between Williamsburg, Ky., and Jellico, Tenn., on Wednesday when she crashed while trying to pass another vehicle.
Faulkner, of Duff, Tenn., died in the crash.
Bell is also charged with failure to render aid or assistance and leaving the scene of an accident.
