Lawmakers in Kentucky said they hope to toughen the laws when it comes to your children and boosters seats - supporters said it will save more lives.
Bill Bell, the executive director with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, stopped by Good Morning Kentuckiana Friday morning to talk about the proposed Bill and to discuss proper booster/car seat installation and usage.
