LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)- The Kentucky Arts Council has awarded more than $1.6 million to 100 nonprofit arts and cultural organizations around the state.
Among them, $95,000 was given to the Actors Theatre of Louisville.
The funds were administered through the Kentucky Arts Partnership program. The competitive grants for organizations offer year-round opportunities for people to enjoy the arts.
