ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (WHAS11) – Kentucky State Police are helping feed thousands of people across the Commonwealth this holiday season.
Friday, students from North Hardin Christian School helped “Cram the Cruiser” and collected more than 5,000 pounds of food for KSP’s holiday food drive.
The Elizabethtown Post collected a total of more than 7,600 pounds of food, more than double of last year’s donation.
It will be distributed locally to needy families and church pantries.
