LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Kentucky State Police have released the identity of a woman found dead along I-65 in Hardin County May.

The woman is identified as 27-year-old Madiha Hazalla-Roshdy.

She was reported missing from Nashville, Tenn. and she’s originally from Egypt.

Her husband, Alaa Youssef, 39, worked in Shelbyville and returned to Egypt after she disappeared. Hazalla-Roshdy died of blunt force trauma to the head. Police say there is foul play involved and consider Youssef a suspect.
