LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Jury selection begins Monday in the case of a Louisville teen charged in the beating death of his stepbrother.
Josh Young appeared in court briefly Friday Shortly after his father Josh Gouker was sentenced to life in prison for killing 14-year old Trey Zwicker.
Gouker originally told police that Young was responsible for beating Zwicker to death behind Liberty High School, but he changed his story earlier this year and pleaded guilty to the crime.
Young was 15-years-old when Zwicker was found beaten to death. He is now seventeen and is charged as an adult.
Despite Gouker's confession, Young is standing trial for complicity to murder.
