LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The Louisville man accused of killing two people at a homeowner's association meeting at a church was back inside a Jefferson County courtroom Monday.
The judge in the case says he's close to setting a trial date for Mahmoud Hindi.
Hindi told police he shot two men at the Springdale Community Church in September because of an ongoing dispute about a fence on his property.
Hindi is charged with two counts murder.
