(WHAS11) - There is a plea deal in the case against former Harrison County Sheriff Mike Deatrick and it's expected to be approved next week.
Deatrick faced a judge in Clark County court Wednesday morning.
The case was moved to Clark County after a special prosecutor was appointed.
Deatrick is accused of fondling two former female employees and threatening them at gunpoint and then trying to hide evidence.
The former sheriff is charged with sexual battery, intimidation and obstruction of justice.
Details on the plea deal are not available until Monday morning when Deatrick is due back in court.
The judge needs to approve the agreement before it goes forward.
