(WHAS11)  A judge has dismissed ten counts of voyeurism charges against a Fort Wayne man who allegedly used a camera to look up women’s dresses at a shopping mall in Indianapolis.

However, the judge is letting four charges of attempted child exploitation stand against David Delagrange.

Prosecutors said Delagrange rigged a camera in his boot, ran wires up his pants and videotaped images looking up the skirts of women and girls at Castleton Square Mall in February.

His trial is set for July 21.
