LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) --  As Josh Young's trial on charges of complicity to murder and tampering with physical evidence rolls into a second week of testimony, the man who pleaded guilty of killing Trey Zwicker took the stand.

Josh Gouker was called as the second witness to testify during his son's trial Monday.

Gouker admitted to killing 14-year-old Trey Zwicker in a ditch behind Liberty High School in 2011.

Gouker, who often appeared frustrated on the stand, said "I told you I've done it. I've told you everything I've done. I've been sentenced for it. Life in prison. Yet, here I am going over the same F****** story."

Gouker initially told police his son, Young who was just 15-years-old at the time of Zwicker's death, was responsible for the killing but later changed his story and pleaded guilty in May. He was sentenced to life in prison in July.
