LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Jennings Township firefighters traded in their fire gear for a different uniform to help the WHAS Crusade for Children.

For the Jennings Township firefighters, the run to the Jeeves and Company Restaurant in Scottsburg meant wearing aprons instead of boots and helmets.

The firefighters were working as waiters to raise money for the Crusade.

They served guests at Jeeves and Company until 9 pm.

The 60th Annual WHAS Crusade for Children is June 1 and 2.
