Louisville, Ky. (WHAS) – The incoming Jefferson County Commonwealth’s Attorney is planning several personnel changes in the office, including 11 layoffs.
Tom Wine will take over as Commonwealth’s Attorney in January replacing the retiring Dave Stengel.
A total of 5 prosecutors will be let go, including Tom Van De Rostyne – a prominent prosecutor who ran against wine in the election.
