University of Louisville men's basketball season ticket holders will receive personalized information in the mail over the next week regarding the transition plan from Freedom Hall to the new Downtown Arena.
All current men's basketball season ticket holders are guaranteed the same number of seats they have in Freedom Hall in the Downtown Arena. Fans who do not have season tickets and are interested in purchasing tickets in the new arena should submit a "Seat Request Form" at www.UofLArenaSeats.com, a web site devoted to information about seating in the new facility. Those completed forms will be prioritized according to date received as well as Cardinal Athletic Fund priority points.
Scheduled to open for the 2010-11 basketball season, the new arena will seat 22,000 fans, over 3,000 more than the Cardinals' current home facility, Freedom Hall. Further information may be obtained by calling the Cardinal Athletic Fund at (502) 852-5735.
