(WHAS11) -- It has been an emotional month for the family of Sarah Hart. On June 14, Hart's body was found in a field in Jamestown near an area where she had been running. Hart was strangled. She was only 31-years-old, and she was pregnant with her fourth child.

"It's a hard thing to say goodbye to someone you love," said her father Wendell Roberts. "Especially someone taken away so young in life."

Hart's family has found healing by holding tight to each other and to their faith.

"We each support each other, and we just hope that we'll see her in heaven one day," said Hart's sister Elizabeth Roberts.

The community has also helped the family by showing them support, and that support is now pouring in from around the world. Hart was an avid runner, so in her honor her family decided to hold a memorial run called "Run With All Your Hart." All 50 states and six countries are represented.

While the race is a way to keep Sarah's memory alive, her family says her true spirit is captured in the eyes of her children.

"I can already see Sarah in the life of the two girls," said her father Wendell. "They're their mother made over."

Christopher Allman, 28, of Jamestown has been arrested and charged with Hart's murder. He's also charged with fetal homicide, kidnapping and robbery.

The race is being held on August 11 in Jamestown, click here for more information.
