HARDIN COUNTY, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Hardin County man is facing charges after he was accused of exchanging sexual text messages with a minor.
According to the News Enterprise, 30-year-old Michael Bishop was indicted on charges of unlawful use of electronic means to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities.
Investigators say he was involved in explicit conversations in July where he detailed a sexual performance with an underage girl.
Bishop was arraigned on Tuesday.
If convicted, he faces one to five years in prison.
