LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Valley High School student was arraigned Thursday morning after police said they found a gun inside a school locker earlier in the week.
Sterling D. Williams, 20, was arrested and taken into custody on Wednesday.
We are told there were no threats. Officials were conducting locker checks on an unrelated matter when the gun was found. A letter was sent home to parents.
Williams has been charged with unlawful possession of a handgun on school grounds.
