LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- First it was Brownsboro Road and now, Grinstead Drive is having a diet.
Starting at 7 p.m. on July 26, a stretch of the road between Cherokee Parkway and Cherokee Road will be shut down until 5 a.m. on July 29.
The four-lane road is being reduced to one lane in each direction plus a turning lane and additional parking.
Two bike lanes will also be added between Cherokee Parkway and Willow Avenue.
If you typically take Grinstead to get to the Highlands, follow detour signs.
