LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The Louisville man accused of plotting to kill his step son will be in court in August.
Joshua Gouker was expected to be in court July 30, but that hearing was delayed until August.
He is accused of planning the murder of 14-year-old Trey Zwicker with the help of his teenage son Josh Young.
Young is accused of actually committing the murder by beating Zwicker to death behind Liberty High School.
Gouker is in jail in Southern Indiana right now on unrelated charges.
