New Albany, Ind. (WHAS11)- A 4-year-old boy beaten to death last week will be laid to rest on Wednesday.
Visitation for James Anthony Hack will be at Spring Valley Funeral Home in New Albany from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
His funeral will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. and his burial will be at Davis Cemetery.
The 4-year-old died of blunt force head injuries Friday at Kosair Children's Hospital.
Johnny Juliot, the mother's boyfriend, is charged with abuse and also could face a murder charge after the autopsy is complete.
