(WHAS11 and News release) -- A candlelight vigil was held Friday, Jan. 31, at the Calvary Baptist Church on Stringtown Road in Central City, Ky. at 7 p.m. for the Watson family of Muhlenburg County.
Eight of the Watson children and their mother died Thursday after their home went up in flames. Chad Watson, the father, and one child, Kylie, escaped the fire and are recovering at Tennessee hospitals.
Pastor Tim Burden confirmed that the Band Perry, a country music group has committed to paying for the funeral arrangements. No arrangements have been made yet.
Calvary Baptist Church has partnered with Old National Bank to establish a benefit account for the Watson family.
Donations may be made for the Watson family at any Old National Bank location in the name Calvary Baptist Church--Watson Family Fund.
Old National is going to start the Watson account with a $2,500 donation and encourages other businesses to also consider making a donation.

Jagoe Homes in Owensboro, Ky, is offering to build Chad and Kylie Watson a new house once they recover and get released from the hospital, according to Pastor Tim Burden.
The Watsons are still listed in critical, but stable condition. Jagoe wants to work with them to design the floor plan once they are better, Burden said.
