LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Sweet, sweet sounds are filling the air on Fourth Street as a new shop opens its doors. This new "made right in front of you" fudge shop features entertainers that sing while making and selling the fudge. When it opened it's doors Friday, people could not help but take a look inside and clap and sing along.

The Fudgery,  the newest  shop  to open on Fourth Street, will not only bring music to your ears, but it will tempt your taste buds. The shop features all kinds of sweet treats and has more than 20 shops across the country, this is the first in Louisville.

"I think we are certainly going to fit in well here from what we have observed here over the last week and opening the store. It's certainly a different venue but it's something we are very accustomed to though. We are used to being in entertainment venues," said Regional Manager Kim Clabo.

The employees serenade you while you are shopping for your favorite sweet treat. Most have musical backgrounds like Chris Brown.

"It's kind of like if you are on stage, I do a lot of performing. It's just second nature to me," said Chris Brown. "And everyone in here can sing all types of genres of music, including rap , R&B and even Broadway. "

They also have plenty of work experience which is obvious in the finished product.

The fudgery is still looking for employees to apply go to their website at  www.fudgeryfudge.com.

Some famous singers have also been discovered at other Fudgery's around the country including members of Dru Hill including Sisqo.
