LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Arsenic, lead and other contaminants have been found in the property of Louisville residents.

Decades after a chemical plant closed in West Louisville neighbors say they are finally safe.

The EPA is now digging up the soil from dozens of their homes in one of the state's largest environmental cleanups.
