Monday, four of the five people facing charges in the shooting death of a mother and son in south Louisville are expected to be in court.
Diana Wood and her son, Steve Wood Jr. were shot to death in broad daylight November 12th at the Whispering Woods Apartment Complex off Cane Run Road.
Marcus Greene is charged with murder, he's pleaded not guilty.
Zachary Kilgore is also charged with murder. Police have not said who they think is the triggerman.
Laquita Townsend is charged with complicity to murder and Dacica Greene is charged with tampering with evidence for allegedly taking a gun from her husband Marcus and hiding it inside the daycare where she worked.
