A retired Louisville police officer charged with stalking his ex-girlfriend will serve 6 months in jail for refusing to give up his guns.

At a domestic violence hearing Tuesday, Terry Lane Henry was held in contempt of court.

The judge also ordered Henry to have no contact with his ex-girlfriend for 3 years.

Officers arrested Henry last week when they found him parked outside his ex-girlfriend's house drinking vodka with a gun, handcuffs, and binoculars in his car.

He was drinking, stalking, and was arrested, then told the judge he refused to give up his guns and was held in contempt and only got 6 months? If he wasn't an ex cop he would have got longer than that. Cops get no consequences.

Amen to that purecountry! That is because Kentucky's business belief is the GOOD OLE BOY NETWORK. He was a good ole boy so we will go easy on him. Like I have said before, it is not how good you are or how hard you try, it is about who is your buddy.
