LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A former PRP firefighter will likely take a plea deal for possessing child pornography.
James Mason was arrested in December after sexually explicit images were found on a computer behind the PRP fire station.
He resigned two days before he was arrested and charged with three counts of possessing child porn and one count of tampering with evidence.
Mason's attorney tells WHAS11 he is not anticipating a jury trial. On May 16, Mason will be back in court for a hearing in anticipation of a possible plea deal.
