Fmr. Louisville Metro Corrections employee accused of theft

Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - A former Louisville Metro Corrections employee is accused of ripping off tax payers.

Authorities said Joshua Spenton was working and getting paid at an off-duty job while, at the same time, clocking in and getting paid at Corrections.

Spenton was charged with official misconduct and theft by deception of between $500 and $10,000.
He is scheduled to be arraigned monday morning.
