LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Two former sales managers for Humana are facing charges of taking more than $4 million in bribes from a South Carolina company. One of these employees pleaded guilty Wednesday.

In court documents prosecutors accuse Glenn Fine and James Wenger of taking the money and referring insurance brokers and agents to Cutler & Associates based out of Columbia, South Carolina.

Wenger and his attorney appeared in court late Wednesday afternoon. Wenger pleaded guilty with the court asking him to repay $1 million. He faces up to five years in prison.

No word on when Fine will be in court.

Prosecutors say Humana cooperated with the investigation.
