The family of 3 teen brothers killed in a crash is suing the Youth Alive organization.

The brothers, Demar, Jemar and Marc Claybrooks were at a Youth Alive event last December when instead of going home in an organization van, they got into a car with 17-year-old Herbert Lee.

The car later crashed.  Police say lee sped off after an officer tried to pull them over.

The Claybrooks and another teen were killed, Lee is in custody.

The lawsuit against Youth Alive is asking for unspecified damages.

The organization shut down over the summer citing pending lawsuits and a lack of funds.
