BARDSTOWN, Ky. (WHAS11) -- More than $62 thousand was raised for the family of slain Bardstown Police Officer Jason Ellis.

The Kentucky Gun Company announced that it donated all of the proceeds from a rifle raffle to Ellis' widow and two children.

A $135 thousand reward still stands for tips about Ellis' murder which happened during Memorial Day weekend in Nelson County.

Donations are also still being accepted to that reward fund and to Ellis' family.

If you have any information you are urged to call Kentucky State Police at 1-800-222-5555.
