ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Elizabethtown has a new mayor.
According to “The News Enterprise,” the city council appointed Council Member Edna Berger to serve out Tim Walker's term. Berger is a two-term member of the Elizabethtown council.
The 54-year-old walker died in June after suffering a massive heart attack. He had been mayor for two and a half years.
