Elderly man rushed to hospital with burns after Lou. house fire

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Firefighters, in Louisville, were called to put out a house fire in the 2400 block of Tucker Station Road.

It started early Thursday evening. All that's left is a charred structure.

An elderly man was rescued from the home. Paramedics rushed him to the hospital with serious burns.

A firefighter was also injured but we don't know how bad his injuries are. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
