LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – There are millions of boxes at eBay Enterprise and their final destination will be underneath a tree. EBay Enterprise needs help getting them out the door. They need at least 200 seasonal workers right now.

“We are looking for people who can fulfill orders by picking them from the shelves. Others who are going to be packing those orders and transportation,” ebay Enterprise CEO Chris Saridakis said.

Saridakis is in Louisville from California. He jumped right in with the employees at the Trade Port fulfillment center on Thursday, Dec. 5, helping box up bubble bath.

“We work with great brands like Bath & Body Works, Dick's Sporting Goods, Estee Lauder, PetSmart, and Juicy Couture,” Saridakis said.

Thomas Spanjers has been here for a month. He's a picker at eBay Enterprise.

“I get paid every week so it's a good job to have.  Plenty of hours to go around for everybody, so that's not an issue here,” Spanjers said.
He's hoping for his seasonal position to become permanent.

“We want to convert some of these seasonal workers to full-time employees,” Saridakis said. “We're an energetic young company. It's global; we have a very diverse group of people here. It's a lot of fun; we work with some great brands.”

The pay starts around $10 an hour with opportunities for incentives. You must be at least 18-years-old to apply.
